Sculpted Bowl Ebony & Ivory

This handmade art piece, the Sculpted Bowl Ebony & Ivory - Small, is crafted from glass originating from the Murano region. It is formed using a centrifuge machine and technique, spinning molten glass into discs that are then manipulated by hand to create unique organic shapes. Different colors and finishes are applied during the process, and the glass is then placed in a tunnel oven to slowly cool in an annealing process, which may take several hours to multiple days depending on the glass's thickness. Through annealing, the glass is relieved from internal stress and is able to better withstand temperature or shock changes. This stunning art piece is designed to upgrade your space.
