We hope you love your purchase from Current Home, but we understand that returns happen and your satisfaction is important to us.
We do our best to keep products and quantities updated on our website. Due to the imperfections of technology, at times items that are currently unavailable might appear on our site. Should you try to purchase something and we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide a full refund.
• You may return/exchange eligible purchases within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping returns/exchanges.
• Refunds will be credited to the same card that was used for purchase.
- Special Orders are not eligible for a refund or an echange.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Due to the short selling season CURRENT Home does accept returns for seasonal items after the holiday specific to that gift.
• Current Home will only accept unused merchandise in its original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used or soiled. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for products that meet these expectations.
• Products that cannot be returned are: special orders, sale items and "non-returnable" items - please see product notes for details before purchase.
• Before returning items, please fill out a RETURN FORM to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must have an RA# number. If we receive returns without an RA# number, it will be ineligible for a refund and shipped directly back to you.
- If your item arrives damaged, you must keep the shipping box and contact us immediately at email@example.com for further instruction.
