IN-STORE PURCHASES - Return/Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items in their original packaging with tags attached:
- Refunds: Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Store Credit: Items can be returned within 14 days for store credit.
Gift Returns
Gift items are eligible for store credit within 14 days, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in good, saleable condition.
Items Eligible for Return
We accept unused merchandise in its original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items that are damaged, used, or soiled. Upon inspection, a refund or store credit will be issued for products that meet these criteria.
Seasonal Items
Due to the limited selling season, we do not accept returns for seasonal items after the holiday specific to that gift.
Special Orders
Special order items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. These pieces are custom-ordered or created just for you. This includes dinnerware, flatware, and specialty barware. Please discuss any questions with your sales associate before placing an order.
ONLINE PURCHASES - Return/Exchange Policy
While we strive to keep our website updated, technical issues may cause items to appear available when they are not. If this occurs, we will contact you within 24-48 hours and issue a full refund.
Return/Exchange Eligibility

Damages
If your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please email images of the shipping box to customercare@currenthomeny.com and retain the original packaging until further notice.

All sale items are final sale.
Seasonal Items
Seasonal items are not eligible for return after the holiday related to the item has passed.

- Return/Exchange: We offer an extended policy for couples, registry gifts can be returned or exchanged (excluding special orders) within 90 days of shipping.
