We hope you love your purchase from Current Home, but we understand that returns happen and your satisfaction is important to us.

We do our best to keep products and quantities updated on our website.  Due to the imperfections of technology,  at times items that are currently unavailable might appear on our site.  Should you try to purchase something and we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you within 24-48 hours and provide a full refund.  

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

• Online purchases are eligible within 14 days of receipt of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Customers are responsible for costs related to shipping returns/exchanges. 
• Refunds may only be credited to the payment method used for purchase.

- Special Orders are not eligible for a refund or an exchange. Note: Dinnerware, flatware are always considered special orders. 

- Sale items are Final Sale.

SEASONAL ITEMS

    • Due to the short selling season Current Home does accept returns for seasonal items after the holiday specific to that gift.

      RETURN ELIGIBILITY

      • Current Home will only accept unused merchandise in its original packaging – we cannot accept any products that are returned damaged, used or soiled. Upon return, your item will be inspected, and a refund will be issued for products that meet these expectations.

      • Products that cannot be returned are: special orders, sale items and "non-returnable" items - please see product notes for details before purchase.

      RETURN PROCESS 
      • Please contact us at customercare@currenthomeny.com, and let us know your order number and items you would like to return. Once confirmed please return your items back to:

      • If your item arrives damaged it must be reported within 48 hours. Images of the shipping box must be provided and you are required to keep the original shipping box until further notice. Contact us at customercare@currenthomeny.com for further instruction.
