How can I track my order?
Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided at the time of your transaction. If you have not received it, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or 914.723.2462. If any product(s) you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will do our best to contact you with a new shipment date. At that point, you can choose whether to keep the order as-is, cancel the specific item, or cancel the whole thing. If there are any problems with your order, we'll keep you informed. Combined orders for multiple items could arrive in various boxes.
I have a question about a product.

Can I change my shipping address?
Although we will make every effort to comply with your request, some of our orders ship immediately, therefore we might not be able to modify the address. I need to cancel my order.

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not currently provide shipping to other countries or to PO boxes, military post offices, or freight forwarding companies.
What is your return policy?
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return or exchange qualifying items for a refund or exchange. Costs associated with shipping returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. The same card that was used to make the purchase will receive a refund. My order arrived damaged.
If an item in your order is damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To speak to a Customer Care specialist call 914.723.2462, Monday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 5 pm EST. Please be prepared with your order confirmation number in order to expedite your request. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
How do I add a gift note to my order?
If you’d like to add a gift note to your order for the recipient, we are happy to include a handwritten note with the shipment! Simply add your message on the cart page when you're ready to check out in the ‘Enter a Gift Note’ field. We will be sure to leave out any pricing info with the gift.
